Our gallery spaces are a versatile venue for weddings.
DESIGNED FOR LOVE
Situated in the beating heart of Newcastle’s historic city centre, NCA offers a unique and versatile venue to host your wedding.
Our daylight lit, white cube, penthouse galleries and other spaces allow you to truly curate an individual event, where the wedding of your dreams will be realised. Approached along a cobbled street and housed in a former Edwardian printworks, the High Bridge Works building was reimagined by Viennese architects Jabornegg & Pálffy in 2011 into the wonderful light filled contemporary space it is today.
Minutes from the railway station and quayside, surrounded by culture, hotels, shops, restaurants and bars makes our location an enhanced destination experience for your guests.

Our two large top floor gallery spaces offer a truly flexible blank canvas to realise your dream wedding.
Connected to the galleries is a roof top terrace offering unique skyline views of the city. This is a great space for guests to relax and enjoy a drink during the event.
Additionally, our Level 1 space in the building has a New York loft apartment feel, perfect for a more intimate wedding or offering more flexibility for larger events.
The foyer and reception area of the building, with a personalised vinyl graphic on the front window, welcomes your guests to your special event.

We stage many and diverse events at the gallery so have amazing relationships with wonderful local suppliers. So, whether you want to choose one of our wedding packages, plan the whole event yourself or use our in-house wedding planner to completely co-ordinate your day, we are on hand to ensure you have the perfect wedding.

“Having two large rooms to move between worked really well for transitioning between the ceremony / drinks / meal / dancing and Harriet really took care of every detail for us. We appreciated the flexibility in how we could set up the day, and hosting it in a bright gallery space with loads of natural light really enhanced all of the photographs.
